HOW IT WORKS
Step 1:
Bartermax members earn Trade Dollars (credits) by selling their products or services to other members (customers they may not have sold to otherwise), thereby accumulating sales credits.
Step 2:
Members spend their Trade Dollars by purchasing products and services they need for their businesses from other participating members, thereby conserving cash.
Upon receipt of the sales invoice, Bartermax posts the transaction, crediting the Seller’s account and debiting the Buyer’s account.
ACCOUNTING
As third-party record keepers, Bartermax is responsible for providing you with a Monthly Statement that itemizes your trade transactions and corresponding fees.
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
Each Bartermax member has an assigned Trade Broker who is responsible for helping you manage your account and creating a program to suit your needs.
